Congratulations to the Year 10 Model UN team on their fantastic success last Friday. All 11 students spent the day arguing, negotiating, reporting and writing resolutions with other schools from across Bucks. The topic this year was especially challenging and dealt with The Illicit Trade in Small Arms and Light Weapons. After an incredibly busy day of international politics and diplomacy, the students emerged victorious. Congratulations to Qi, Ellen, Aneet and Sara for their first place awards; Isabelle and Loletta for their special mentions; and Millie for writing the winning resolution. You all worked so hard for this and we are very proud of your wonderful achievements.
Year 13 Jess has been shortlisted for the second year running for the MediaMag Production Competition, she is one of the five students shortlisted for the Short Film section, which means she will be attending the Awards screening at the BFI Southbank on 5th July. Last year she won the Film Opening section.
